2024
- Launched AI products, including: MiSBot.ai – Generative AI Services, MiAutoML – Low-code AI Model Training Tool, MiEcoMatrix – ESG Management Platform for Enterprises
- Awarded the NT$4.8 billion Xidong MRT Line project
- Expanded into consumer services by winning a nationwide smart parking operations contract across northern, central, and southern Taiwan

- MiTAC was selected by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan as a member of Taiwan’s National UAV Team

- MiTAC won the Happy Enterprise Silver Award from 1111 Job Bank
- MiTAC established a new subsidiaryMiTAC Advance Technology Corp. to focus on UAV, special purpose vehicles and related AI applications.
- MiTAC established Digital Technology Business Group for AI Product Development

2022
- The MiAIOT Smart Travel Ticketing System in Halong Bay(Vietnam) won the 2022 System Integration Export Award.
- The Smart library and health services which were deployed at 125 primary and secondary schools in Hualien County won the 2022 Smart City Innovation Application Award.
- The AIoT Garbage Collection Management System in Hsinchu City won the 2022 Smart City Innovation Application Award.
- MiTAC’s MiAIOT Platform won Taiwan Excellence Award 2023
- MiTAC’s MiRack AI Smart Servers Rack won Taiwan Excellence Award 2023
- MiTAC Information Technology announced the Acquisition of General Resources Co. (GRC)
2021
- Tainan Public Library,implemented with MiTAC’s RFID smart library system, officially opened on January 2.
- The ”Smart water resource management platform” which was co-developed by MiTAC and Toayuan city’s Department of Water Resource won the 2021 Smart City Innovation Application Award.
- Songshan airport launched “ the 3e Pass Smart Service” which is developed and installed by MiTAC.
- The Neihu Corporate Headquarter has achieved the deployment of enterprise mobilization including upgrade to Wi-Fi 6 network, laptops, Lifesize and Avaya, in order to fully realize SDSA(Software-Defined Secure Access) and BYOD(Bring-your-own device) environment.
- The Software Innovation Hub officially opened to provide a creative work space for software developers and promote cross-domain collaboration.
- MiAIOT AI Decision Platform won the 2022 Taiwan Excellence Award
- The 114-lane project (LED street light) of Guangfu Bridge in New Taipei City won the 21th Public Construction Golden Quality Award

- Taipei MRT Circular Line officially opened; MTAC helped establish electricity, communication, central monitoring, and automatic fare collection system.
- Taipei Secondary School Principal’s Meeting was held in MiTAC, first time in a private corporation.
- In response to the official publish of EasyCard Wallet app, MiTAC fully updated AFC system of Taipei MRT stations.
- The development of the IV Gen. Bus Validator integrated with smart cards, QR-code and multi payment, was completed.
- MiTAC ‘s Mobile Spray Extraction Machines helped the Army’s chemical division to fight the COVID-19 outbreak.
- MiTAC obtained the procurement contract of smart tourism in Hạ Long Bay, Vietnam with TVM Gate Solution.
- MiTAC launched anti-covid19 product- MiAegis Temperature Sensing & Face Recognition Machine.
2019
- The Philippine Electronic Gate (E-Gate) System won 2019 Systems Integration Award.
- Jakarta MRT was officially opened; MiTAC helped establish AFC system.
- MiTAC E-Gate III won Taiwan Excellence Award
- MiTAC became greater china distributor of SugarCRM
- Danhai light rail credit card smart payment system was launched, connecting payment of light rail, surrounding shopping area and bus
- GO SMART (Global Organization of Smart Cities) officially launched, and MiTAC became one of the Strategy Committee members
- MiTAC received the invention patent and the utility model patent for MiWBS; Taishin International Bank of Hong Kong started to apply MiWBS.
- Taiwan’s Coast Guard Administration (CGA) set up a UAV squad; MiTAC helped build detection and image transmission system on rotary-winged UAVs
- MiTAC Longtan factory was established to expand the ability to manufacture vehicles

- Expanding into axle counter, greatly improving the signaling systems of Taiwan Railways.
- Actively engaging in digital transformation as a distributor of SugarCRM, Zoho and RPA products.
- Launching “The 6 RFID Industry Applications Total Solution” aiming the needs of manufacturing, impressing the market.
- Showcasing the smart street light solution at the first Taiwan International AIoT exhibition, being widely acclaimed.
- The New Taipei City Library Main Branch became the first library in Taiwan to implement facial recognition technology developed by MiTAC.
- Rolling out edge computing server-MiAION exhibited at 2018 Computex.
- 3 Libraries operated by ClarIDy honored as “National first-grade libraries” in China.
- ClarIDy was honored as 2017 Good Intellectual Technology of Library Service Company at 2018 China Library High-Level Forum.

- “Open Payment System for Rail Ticketing” developed by MiTAC Information Technology Corp. won 2017 Systems Integration Award
- “Intelligent Library System” developed by Claridy Solution, Inc. won 2017 Systems Integration Award
- MiCloud2.0 developed by MiTAC officially launched, applying VMWare software-defined solution became the main external platform of innovation service.
- Multi-Card Electronic Ticketing platform launched.
- Wholesale Banking System (WBS) co-developed by MiTAC &Taishin Bank passed utility model patent examination by Ministry of Economic Affairs.
- Launching smart vehicle dispatch, making Taitung the first county to apply mobile App of rehabilitation bus.
- Recognized as 2016 Google Asia Pacific (APAC) partner winner.
- FJsunway established Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) System at Fuzhou Metro Line 1, and obtained management right of subway clearing system.
2016
- Claridy Solutions Inc. assisted New Taipei City Public Library to implement “Library 2.0+” and won the “Innovative Application Award”.
- Automatic Immigration Clearance System (e-Gate/e-Border) was honored with “2016 System Integration Award”
- Wholesale Banking System (WBS) constantly won awards: Core Banking Project of the Year by Digital Enterprise Awards; Domestic Technology & Operations Bank of the Year by Asian Banking and Finance (ABF).
- Innovative Caring Solution, combining MiVia health wristband andthe MiLTC Long-Term Care System, applied at Guangfu Senior Day Care Center and Fengzhong District community care locations, creating new spotlight of modernized long-term care in Hualuen area.
- MiCampus® , the smart campus solution was successfully applied at 4 model schools in Vietnam.
- Mitac communication co. Ltd won “2015 Avaya Taiwan Best Performance Award”
- Big Data Storage System Solution of the central weather bureau won IBM“2016 Project of the Year”
2015
- Hong Kong MTR launched QR-Code ticket system; MiTAC’s Electronic Ticketing experience was successfully applied overseas.
- ClarIDy Solutions Inc. became a subsidiary of MiTAC group.
- ASE Group became the first semiconductor packaging and testing factory with EAL6 certification with MiTAC’s assistance
2014
- Joint construction of Project “MiCampus® Innovative integration and service for smart campus” with MiTAC Communication Co., LTD, where subsidy was granted by Ministry of Economy in October for topical research and development on Project “Smart Campus – Industrial promotion, planning and construction of demo school.”
- MiTAC became Google’s partner on Google Cloud Platform.
- e-Gate and APIS adopted by the National Immigration Agency (NIA ) were honored with the “Taiwan World-Class Information Technology Application Award”.
- Taipei EasyCard System was recognized with the “Taiwan World-Class Information Technology Application Award”.
- Breakthrough of 13.5 millions counts on Automated Immigration Clearance System.
- MiTAC won 2014 ICT Best Choice ME Award, being selected as one of the outstanding Taiwan providers in ICT domain for the Middle East region, by Institute for Information Industry, Taiwan.
- Assisting Taiwan High Speed Rail with electric ticketing system in winning the 2014 Gold Medal Service Survey Award by Common Wealth Magazine.
2013
- Launching of online local tax service, where the Fiscal Information Agency won the Gold Prize for International Project Benchmark.
- Participation in promotion of “Corporate Cloud” by New Taipei City and “Taipei Cloud” by Taipei City.
- LED Smart Street Light Monitoring and Control System was launched and applied in Taipei East Area LED Street Light Project; MiTAC branched out into IoT Green Energy.
- Became Great China Partner; also the biggest Enterprise Partner in Taiwan.
2012
- Allied with Data Systems to roll out SMB ERP service based on MiCloud.
- MiCloud among finalists of the IT Excellence Awards 2012 hosted by IDC.
- The Unified Facility and Risk Management System (UFRMS) collaboratively developed with Taishin Bank won the “2012 Celent Model Bank Award”.
- Participating in U-Care Technology Project, start to offer cloud service for medical system.
- Taiwan’s automated immigration clearance system, known as e-Gate officially launched.

- MiTAC’s eTicketing Validator received service and products achievement award at “Taiwan Excellent 100 on ITS/Telematics “
- Received Tunnel Central Monitoring System SIL-2 certification
- The Unified Facility and Risk Management System (UFRMS) obtain 2011 IDC corporate innovation award.
- “Individual income tax e-Deduction statement Project” won the 3th “Government Service Quality Award”
- “Project of E-Invoice Platform”was honored as the “Winner of the Public Sector Organisation 2011-North Asia” by FutureGOV , and the 3th place of “2011 eASIA Award” in the category of “e-Government Project”
- “Individual Income Tax Calculation on-line Service” won “2011 I.T. Month Outstanding I.T. Application/Products Award” in the category of e-Government.
- The first public cloud service in Taiwan – MiCloud launched.
- Taiwan High Speed Rail -T Express, the official booking system for mobile phones was launched in 2011, pioneering the world’s first use of making railway seat reservations via mobile phone.

- Accomplished the biggest information system in Taiwan – the integrated tax system for Taiwan Taxation Bureau, M.O.F.

- Developed the first commercial Chinese terminal as a pioneer for Chinese Computer applications.

- Introduced the first super-mini computer (Perkin-Elmer, 32-bit) to develop system integration business.

- Introduced the INTEL microprocessor to pave the way for Taiwan’s PC Industry.

- Founded in Taipei with a total capital of 2 million NT dollars, and introduced the Q1 commercial microcomputer to Taiwan automation market.
